A useful experience for more people
Our commitment
The Entrepreneurs Advantage (“TEA”), operated by Ask Michael Chandler LLC, wants people with disabilities to be able to use this public website to learn about TEA, compare options, request a quote, schedule a conversation, and contact our team.
Accessibility is an ongoing part of design, development, content, and quality review. We welcome specific feedback because people using the site with different devices, browsers, settings, and assistive technologies may encounter barriers that automated checks do not identify.
A practical target
Our design reference
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a design and testing reference where reasonably practicable. This describes our current target and process; it is not a representation that every page, third-party service, document, or client property fully conforms at all times.
How accessibility is supported
Measures we take
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive links, form labels, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, responsive layouts, readable contrast, zoom, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Keep important information and core actions available as text instead of relying only on color, animation, audio, or imagery.
- Review new templates and high-intent journeys with automated checks and practical keyboard and screen-size testing.
- Provide direct email and telephone alternatives when a visitor cannot complete a web-based action.
Connected services
Third-party content and tools
This site connects to services controlled by other providers, including scheduling, forms, payments, maps, support, authentication, and client-account tools. Their accessibility may vary and can change independently of TEA.
If an embedded calendar, form, checkout, client portal, or other connected service creates a barrier, contact us. We will try to provide the information or a reasonable alternative method for completing the same request.
Tell us where the barrier is
Accessibility feedback and assistance
Email support@ask4tea.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line, or call 1 (855) 912-7563. If possible, include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the problem you encountered. Information about your browser, device, or assistive technology is helpful but not required.
We will review the request and work toward an accessible response or alternative as promptly as reasonably possible.
An evolving standard
Ongoing review and scope
We review this statement and the public site as content, technology, standards, and feedback change. TEA does not treat an automated overlay or a single scan as a substitute for accessible design, testing, and human support.
This statement applies to the public ask4tea.com website. Client-managed content and third-party properties have separate owners and responsibilities. See the Legal Center and Business and Service Disclaimers for additional context.
