Essential is self-service. Booster adds 2 hours of TEA team help each month; Pro adds 6. Both managed plans include eligible App Pass access.

Essential is self-service TEA Core. Booster includes 2 team hours and Pro includes 6. Booster and above include eligible App Pass access. Starter is a lighter foundation and Pro+ offers more team capacity when needed.
Direct monthly app checkout starts at $149 per primary business or location. Eligible Starter and Essential add-ons are $99 per month. Approved annual app rates are available by request while annual app checkout is verified. Beta, marketplace, specialist, and usage-priced products can differ; their own page shows the current offer.
No. Included hours reset each billing month. They cover approved human execution by the TEA team. Automated app actions do not consume human hours; work requiring a person does.
Included allowances are used first. Qualifying HighLevel usage beyond those allowances is billed at 1.30 times the applicable HighLevel charge. Fixed resold add-ons and required carrier, A2P, regulatory, tax, or regional adjustments are disclosed separately in the Usage & Pass-Through Rate Schedule.
Websites, migrations, custom applications, complex integrations, menu engineering, onsite work, equipment, compliance expertise, rush work, and other specialist projects receive a separate scope. Standard labor is $125 per hour and scoped projects have a $1,500 minimum. Travel, equipment, and specialist costs are separate when applicable.
Use a retainer when the business needs more than 16 team hours, several specialists, or a larger multi-location rollout. Retainers start at $3,500 per month and usually begin with a 90-day commitment.
Pro+ is $2,397 per month or $23,970 annually with a direct secure checkout. TEA confirms onboarding and capacity after purchase.
Only the monthly Starter and Essential subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription automatically continues at its monthly rate. Annual Starter and Essential subscriptions do not include a trial. Booster, Pro, and Pro+ begin as paid plans because team capacity is reserved immediately.
Stripe sends your receipt. TEA follows up at the checkout email with your access or an assisted activation step, depending on the product. Confirm your business or location and your first useful result. If you need help, contact support@ask4tea.com.
About 14 days before completion, TEA recommends the smallest useful ongoing option. At handoff, the customer accepts an app, plan, or retainer in writing—or the project closes cleanly. TEA never starts a recurring plan only because a project ended.
