General information
TEA content describes business systems, technology, implementation, marketing, products, industry solutions, entrepreneurship, and potential services. It is educational and promotional information—not a promise that any strategy, product, or service is appropriate for every business.
Your signed agreement, order, or statement of work defines any commitment TEA makes for a paid engagement. These Disclaimers supplement the Terms of Service.
Results vary
No guaranteed outcomes
Business, revenue, marketing, SEO, advertising, sales, software, automation, implementation, and AI outcomes depend on market conditions, customer demand, budget, offer quality, competition, data, platform changes, client participation, execution, and many other factors outside TEA's control.
Examples, calculators, estimates, frameworks, projections, timelines, testimonials, portfolio references, and prior experiences do not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, rankings, traffic, leads, conversion, adoption, funding, investment, certifications, contract awards, or any other particular result.
Know when to involve an advisor
No legal, financial, or regulated professional advice
Unless expressly included in a signed agreement and delivered by an appropriately qualified professional, TEA content and Services are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, insurance, accessibility certification, cybersecurity certification, or regulatory advice. Forms, policies, workflows, AI output, and templates require review for your facts and jurisdiction.
Consult qualified advisors and official sources before making high-stakes decisions or relying on material that affects legal rights, money, health, safety, employment, eligibility, or compliance.
Your business remains yours
Client control, publishing, and compliance
TEA may provide a platform, tools, hosting, implementation, configuration, content support, or operational assistance. Clients remain responsible for the truth, legality, permissions, approvals, accessibility, and business decisions behind their offers, content, websites, funnels, campaigns, customer lists, products, policies, and communications.
TEA is a service provider, not the client's publisher, seller, employer, licensed professional, or regulator. A client's use of TEA technology does not make TEA the author or sponsor of that client's claims.
Unless a signed statement of work expressly includes a defined compliance audit or remediation deliverable, TEA does not represent that a website, campaign, workflow, message, or business is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, WCAG, FTC rules, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA or other state privacy laws, payment-card standards, industry rules, or government requirements. Automated accessibility tools and overlays cannot establish legal compliance on their own.
Shared responsibility
Account access, credentials, and security
Account administration and third-party access involve inherent risk. Use delegated access and least-privilege permissions, enable multifactor authentication where available, monitor account alerts, maintain independent backups, and remove access that is no longer needed.
TEA may use authorized personnel and service providers to perform approved work, but no security process can eliminate every risk. TEA is not responsible for a third-party platform breach, provider outage, client-side compromise, reused password, phishing event, unauthorized client user, or configuration change outside TEA's reasonable control.
Connected does not mean controlled
Third-party platforms, products, and trademarks
TEA may reference, configure, resell, connect, or embed third-party platforms, communications networks, payment services, data sources, AI providers, and applications. Their features, pricing, requirements, uptime, approvals, policies, and availability may change. Each provider controls its environment and terms.
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference describes compatibility, implementation experience, integration, or business context and does not imply TEA ownership, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Human accountability
AI and automation
AI-supported output can be incomplete, biased, outdated, or incorrect. Automation can act on bad data, permissions, prompts, or configuration at scale. Businesses should use appropriate review, testing, monitoring, access controls, notices, fallbacks, and human approval based on the risk.
Do not rely on TEA-provided AI or automation as the sole decision-maker for legal, financial, healthcare, safety, employment, credit, housing, eligibility, government, or other consequential decisions. You are responsible for deciding whether an automated use is lawful and appropriate for the people affected.
Specialized use cases
Industry and government-contracting contexts
Government contracting
GovCon content and products support organization, research, workflow, readiness, and preparation. They do not guarantee eligibility, registration, certification, proposal responsiveness, compliance, award, protest outcome, or contract performance. Contractors must verify current solicitations, representations, cybersecurity duties, regulations, and submissions with official sources and qualified professionals.
Restaurants, commerce, and payments
Restaurant, commerce, inventory, ordering, point-of-sale, payment, and tax content is operational information. It does not guarantee uptime, processor approval, chargeback outcomes, food-safety compliance, tax treatment, inventory accuracy, or uninterrupted third-party service. Merchants remain responsible for reconciliation, pricing, taxes, customer disclosures, and applicable operating rules.
Other regulated businesses
Healthcare, dental, automotive, home-service, employment, financial, and other industry workflows may involve additional laws and professional duties. A technology configuration is not a compliance certification and must be reviewed in the context of the business using it.
Context for what you see
Testimonials, portfolio work, affiliate links, and estimates
Testimonials and client stories reflect individual experiences and may not represent typical results. Portfolio work may show one part of a broader engagement, may have changed after delivery, and may involve client or third-party contributions.
TEA may receive compensation, referral fees, or other value when someone purchases through an affiliate or partner link. Where required, we identify that relationship near the relevant content or offer.
Quote-calculator ranges, schedules, and recommendations are preliminary planning tools. A final scope, price, timeline, and fit determination require review and written acceptance.
