No mystery after checkout

You buy. We show you exactly what happens next.

Your receipt, account access, setup, first useful result, and support path each have a clear place. One-time projects also end with a real handoff—not an awkward sales surprise.

Your first login

Four small steps. Then start using TEA.

If the access email is not in your inbox within 15 minutes, check spam and email support@ask4tea.com. Use the same email address you entered at checkout.

One clear path for every kind of buyer

What did you buy?

Plans, apps, projects, and retainers start differently. Each one still leads to a useful first result.

TEA Core plan

Your account and tools turn on first.

  1. Stripe sends the receipt and TEA starts account setup.
  2. Your welcome email gives you the first-login link.
  3. You confirm one primary business or location and choose onboarding.
  4. Booster, Pro, and Pro+ customers name the first active workstream.
Standalone app

You start inside the app you chose.

  1. The app sends its receipt and access instructions.
  2. A limited TEA account keeps identity and support connected.
  3. You complete the app-specific setup and first useful action.
  4. Booster or Pro stays optional if you later want more apps or team help.
One-time project

The build closes with a written next-step choice.

  1. The accepted scope sets the owner, milestones, access, price, and finish line.
  2. About 14 days before completion, TEA recommends the smallest ongoing option—if one is useful.
  3. At handoff, you receive the approved deliverables, access, open-item list, and any scoped stabilization period.
  4. You accept a plan, app, retainer, or clean project close. Nothing recurring starts without written acceptance.
Reserved team

Capacity starts with priorities and owners.

  1. The proposal defines capacity, specialists, workstreams, cadence, and starting term.
  2. Kickoff turns the backlog into a short operating plan.
  3. The team reports progress, decisions, time, and next priorities on the agreed rhythm.
  4. The relationship is reviewed before renewal, expansion, or a move into a standard plan.

The project finish line

Project complete means a decision—not an assumption.

TEA recommends the smallest useful ongoing option before the work ends. The customer chooses it in writing or the project closes cleanly.

14 days before

Recommend

Match the actual ongoing need to a standalone app, Starter, Essential, Booster, Pro, Pro+, or a retainer.

Completion review

Hand off

Confirm accepted deliverables, access, ownership, open items, training, and any stabilization period included in the scope.

Written choice

Continue or close

Activate the accepted ongoing option on the handoff date, or close the project with future work billed separately.

Keep the scope simple

One approved primary business or location comes first.

An additional or not-yet-configured brand or location is a separate setup, project, or subscription unless the written order includes it. After a location is onboarded, human changes use included hours; normal automated app actions do not.
